Ingredients:
Urad Dal - 1 CupGreen Gram - 1/2 cup
Fried Gram - 1/3 cup
Peanuts - 1/3 cup
Badam - few
Cashews - few
Jaggery - as required
Preparation:
1. Take black whole urad Dhall in a pan and dry roast it until you get the nice aroma of it.
2. Take half a cup of whole green gram and dry roast till light color change and you get a good smell.
3. Add peanuts.. if you have roasted peanuts great..else roast remove the skin.
4. Switch off the flame and in the heat of the kadai, dry roast half a cup of fried gram.
5. Grind all of this into fine powder & transfer it to a mixing bowl.
6. Last addition is the coarsely ground badam and cashew to this mixture.
7. Finally add the needed powdered jaggery to this mixture.
8. Heat ghee and pour into this mixture.
Now in that heat make your laddus and savour the taste.
